The analyses provided are generated by Artificial Intelligence and should not be considered as medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice. 1. Services & Usage

You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions.

2. Virtual Credits & Subscriptions

Mystic Credits: Credits are virtual currency used to unlock premium analyses. Credits have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable.
Refund Policy: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by the Google Play Store. Once a credit is consumed for an analysis, it is considered "used," and a refund cannot be issued.
Subscription: Premium subscriptions provide benefits such as ad-free experience and higher daily limits. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via the Google Play Store.

3. Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload to MysticFace AI. By using the app, you agree that:

You will not upload any content that is illegal, explicit, or violates the privacy of others.
MysticFace AI reserves the right to terminate accounts that engage in system abuse or upload prohibited content.

4. Data & Connectivity

MysticFace AI stores your analysis history in a Secure Cloud Vault. While we take extreme measures to protect this data, the app requires an active internet connection to process AI insights and sync your cloud ledger. MindDeck cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi or mobile data.

5. Limitation of Liability

MindDeck AI Lab and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app or its AI-generated content.
